What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express; we accept personal checks, money orders, & cashier’s checks via mail. We Do Not accept Diner’s Club, ATM cards, or checks over the phone.
Is your website secure to place orders?
Yes. We use secure payment services through Geotrust.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders generally are processed within 3-5 business days of order submission depending on volume of orders. From submission time and packaging, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks due to customs. If you feel that it has been longer than the allotted time, contact our customer service representatives at 800-332-8427 x106.
Can I get my order shipped via
Yes. We prefer to ship all orders via FedEx Ground so each package can be tracked. Shipping via US mail cannot not be tracked.

I've received my order, but only half of it arrived, what happened?
Many times we may use one or more warehouses to ship your product. Please pay close attention to your invoice that comes in your shipment as any special notes will be on there pertaining this. If there are no notations of separate shipments, please contact us immediately so we can ship your missing product promptly.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not accept returns on open dvds, videos, books, or shipping charges.
If you wish to return your order, you must call us to notify and have it authorized. Once authorized, you will be given instructions on where to ship your items and how the credit will be handled. You must submit a copy of your invoice with the returned items. Any costs to return the merchandise will be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or arrived damaged. Customer will pay a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned orders.
